Acupuncture for Tension Headache and Migraine
Acupuncture for tension headache, migraine headache and other kinds of headache due to many different causes, has been extensively studied and evidence showed that it performed better in scientific trials compared to standard therapies.

Acupuncture for Chronic Facial Pain
Facial pain conditions such as craniomandibular (jaw joint) disorders caused by muscular dysfunction, also responded well to acupuncture treatment. Studies have shown that its effect is similar to that of stomatognathic (of mouth and jaw) treatments for temporomandibular (jaw) joint pain and dysfunction.
